Chicago Coliseum was the original home of the Chicago Blackhawks. The Blackhawks intended to move into Chicago Stadium for the 1928/29 season, but the Stadium was not yet finished. They were unable to use the Coliseum in the second half of the season, and played the rest of their "home" games in Fort Erie and Windsor. They also played the first few games of the 1929/30 and 1932/33 seasons at the Coliseum.
